What happens next: we review the order and reply within 2 working days with return instructions, if you have already received the product. The refund is issued using the same payment method no later than 14 days after your notice; we may withhold it until we receive the product or proof of shipment.
How it works
- Identify your order with its number and the purchase email.
- Confirm the request in the second step.
- You immediately receive a confirmation email with your reference. We contact you within 2 working days to arrange the return and refund.
Deadlines and conditions
- 14 calendar days from the day you, or a person you designate, receive the product (the last one, if the order arrives in several deliveries). No reason and no penalty.
- Refund of all payments, including standard delivery costs, using the same payment method and without undue delay: no later than 14 days after you tell us you withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof that you have sent it back.
- Return the product within 14 days of telling us you withdraw. Direct return costs are borne by you unless we tell you otherwise.
- Legal exception: sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery are excluded (art. 16(e) Directive 2011/83/EU; art. 103 e TRLGDCU). Wiotech vials are sterile medical devices: once the seal is broken they cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Purchases made by companies, clinics or professionals in the course of their business are not consumer contracts: returns are governed by the distribution agreement and our commercial terms.
