What data we process and why

Contact and distribution forms: name, company, country, email and the message you write. Purpose: to answer your request and, if you apply for distribution, to assess it. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Online withdrawal function: name, email, order number, delivery date and the products or reason you state. Purpose: to process your withdrawal, send you the acknowledgement of receipt and manage the return and refund. Legal basis: performance of the contract and compliance with a legal obligation (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR; Directive 2011/83/EU).

We do not use your data for marketing, we do not build profiles and we take no automated decisions. Please do not include health information in the forms; if you do, we delete it.

Who receives your data

Form requests are stored on our own infrastructure in the European Union [confirm hosting provider]. Withdrawal acknowledgements are sent through Resend Inc. (USA) as email provider, under the EU standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or transfer your data to anyone else, except when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Form requests: while we handle them and up to [12 months: confirm] afterwards. Withdrawal requests: for the time needed to process them and the legal retention periods for commercial and tax documents (up to 6 years).

Your rights

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, and request portability, by writing to info@invesbiofarm.com with a copy of your ID. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
