Delivery times, costs and return conditions.

Delivery areas and times

We ship to Spain and the European Union; other countries through our distributor network [confirm countries served directly]

Orders are prepared within 2-3 working days of payment confirmation. Delivery takes 2-4 working days in Spain and 4-8 in the rest of the EU [confirm times with the carrier]. For consumers the legal maximum is 30 calendar days.

When your order leaves the laboratory you receive an email with the tracking number.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs depend on destination and volume and are shown before you confirm the order [confirm rates and any free-delivery threshold].

Prices to professionals are shown without VAT; prices to consumers include VAT. Outside the EU, import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.

Storage and transport

Wiotech vials are sterile CE class III medical devices. They travel in protective packaging and must be stored [at 2-25 ºC, away from light: confirm with the technical file]. Check the seal and expiry date on receipt.

Payment

We accept [bank transfer and card: confirm methods and terms for distributors]. Payment is taken when the order is confirmed and you receive the invoice by email.

If the parcel arrives damaged or something is missing

Check the parcel on delivery. If the packaging is damaged, note it on the carrier's delivery slip and write to info@invesbiofarm.com within 48 hours with photos of the parcel and the product. We sort it out at no cost to you: we replace the product or refund you.

Returns and right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you bought as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw without giving any reason, using the Withdraw from contract here function, by email or by post. We confirm receipt and tell you how to send the product back.

You then have 14 days from that notice to send the product to Inves Biofarm SL, Avenida del Conocimiento 34, 18016 Granada (Spain). Direct return costs are borne by you [or: we send a prepaid return label for X €]. We recommend a tracked shipment.

Sealed sterile products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons unless they are faulty (art. 103 e TRLGDCU).

Refund: everything you paid, including standard delivery costs, by the same payment method and no later than 14 days after your notice; we may withhold it until we receive the product or proof of shipment.

Returns for distributors, clinics and professionals

Purchases made in the course of a business are governed by the distribution agreement and our commercial terms. Non-faulty product is only accepted back if sealed, within its shelf life and agreed in writing in advance [confirm policy].

Faulty or wrong products

Consumers have the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity (arts. 114 et seq. TRLGDCU); professionals, the warranty in the commercial terms. If you receive a faulty product, a different one from what you ordered or one with a broken seal, write to info@invesbiofarm.com with your order number, lot number and photos. We bear the return costs and replace the product or refund you.

Suspected adverse effects or safety incidents with a medical device must be reported to us and to the competent authority (in Spain, the AEMPS).
